Why? Did SPF prevent the delivery of your eMail message?  If so, the most likely reason is that your mail server is not authorized to send eMail on your behalf from one or more of its IP addresses.  If this is not the reason, your mail systems administrator may need to update the SPF record for your internet domain name.
